I'm wondering if I started out taking to much DEI started 2 tablesp 2x a day
just wondering since its saidyou can't od on it.

That sounds like fairly heavy dosage, like what you might initially take if you had a large burden of intestinal worms. A moderate dose would be more like one teaspoon once a day.
