Hello everyone,
I recently learned that mulberry leaves dried and made into a tea are beneficial, and have been used in Chinese medicine for centuries. I'd love to hear from some folks who might have  personal experience with that.
I'm also wondering whether one particular variety is superior, or whether the common wild mulberry is better.
Anyone have knowledge or experience to share?

I make it by boiling it for a minute or so and then leet it steep for a while. I do the same for any leaf tea that’s not regular tea.

I did NOT cry! It was this tiny ad that cried. The tiny ad is a crier, not me.
