We’re bringing our Cordwood Workshop back after such a positive response last year! 🌲🪵

Come spend a weekend in the Chattanooga mountains at Talking Water Nature Retreat — learning a hands-on skill, exploring a beautiful natural setting, and getting away from the usual weekend routine.

During the workshop, you'll learn how to build with cordwood, get plenty of hands-on experience, and tour completed natural buildings around the property.

When you're not building, there are hiking trails, creeks, firepits, cabins and plenty of space to slow down and enjoy the retreat.

You don't need any building experience — just come curious and ready to get your hands dirty.
