This is the first I have heard of this it could be one of the most important cases in agriculture to hit SCOTUS.
Washington - The U.S. Supreme Court will hear arguments Tuesday in its first-ever case involving genetically modified crops. The decision in this case may have a significant impact on both the future of genetically modified foods and government oversight of that and other environmental issues.
This will be interesting. Companies have used their patents to financially bleed (legal fees) their competition out of business. I wonder if this will resolve that or affirm the current practice of deep pockets and tall lawyers rule the day.
