The parts of the house that need home renovation will largely depend on the condition of the house and the intentions of the owner. Kitchen and bathroom renovations are quite popular as these parts of the house are highly used every day. Other aspects like flooring, lighting, and living room renovations can enhance the comfortability of the house. Repairs needed because of leaks and other damages should be prioritized over any other change. Read More: https://wallinsiders.com/home-renovation/

The first thing is the foundation.
If the house is on stumps in Australia they will need replacing with usually concrete ones.
Often I see renovations completed without attention to the foundations, often because it costs too much!!
