Greetings, :)

We have been working with regulating bodies in our state and county. They feel exhausted of the process and have resourced to litigation.

The major concerns cited are:
1. soil disturbance
2. horizon layer breakdown (specifically Bt horizon), causing soil function loss, nutrients, hydrology
3. subsidence

A huge factor, because we couldn't provide credible peer-reviewed scientific studies and I would think it is not as easy to settle on one science, as variables change in nature. We suggested our hügelkultur beds are seven years old, they can be used as study and research.

hügelkultur has worked very well for us, beyond our imagination, almost magical.

Please share your suggestions, assistance for us to move forward and get agricultural, scientific recognition.
