Every year I try to focus on a plant I can't grow.
This is the year of the aubergine/eggplant.
They either need a much longer and warmer summer than I can give them, or extra help.
I use 'retired' perspex slot machine screens as mini greenhouses.
I drill holes in the corners and wire them together.
