Mixed bag of sticks.

Hello friends. I have a two hundred foot energy company right of way through the front of my property. I'm on their no spray list but in return I manage it myself. Along the edges they do not spray but chainsaw everything. While cleaning up along the edge I noticed a thick cover of old branches and sticks. Some oak, cedar, and pine. I do not have a chipper but this stuff looks like great mulch. I normally wouldn't use pine or cedar but most of it is so old it's falling apart. What would you do with this resource?

We don't have cedar, but I've had no problems with fresh pine mulch.
That looks delicious! It would make great mulch for trees or larger perennials
