We have a wood burner and generate a lot of sawdust. This year we are doing an experiment to try and turn the material into compost using urine as a starter/feed and add nitrogen to the mix with kitchen scraps, is there any downside to our idea, cheers Dave

Downsides? Only if you don't like making compost.
