Yacon inulin compared to sunchokes

Anyone know if yacon generally has more inulin than sunchoke?

Everyone here is complaining and passing major wind. Things were going well with the sunchokes.

Article has a table. Sunchoke, Chicory and Dandelion all run in the teens, while yacon runs from 3 to nineteen. Looks like Camas is the champ, running from 12 to 22. I am presuming that the chart is reporting percentages, although I don't see it indicated in either the legend or the text.
