Slow Money & the Slow Food manifesto

Just came across this the other day. and I have listened to the first day of the conference and it was quite good, so I am sharing it here. Slow Money is a group of philanthropists dedicated to changing the current food system paradigm and has similar values as the Slow Food Manifesto.
