Looking for blueprints for robust and powerful electric mulcher

Hi there! Is there somewhere blueprints for electric mulcher? I was fascinated by this one. Considering to DIY.
Commercially made mulchers located in local shops seems to me fragile and non-robust (or even charged into planned obsolescence).
