Any recommendations on a really good Cob Building course/class.

You might consider putting your location in your signature or under your avatar area so those reading can put your posts into a region.
That being said - what area are you looking in?

I'm in WNC, but the location can be anywhere inside the states. I'm really just looking for a good course.
