Cob Building Class

Any recommendations on a really good Cob Building course/class.

I was thinking of taking the one from Cob Cottage Company.

I'm in WNC, but the location can be anywhere inside the states.  I'm really just looking for a good course.

Based on my limited knowledge, I would recommend the cob cottage company.
