I stumbled upon this Perm Design Course located in France. Looks like there are only 4 places left... here is the link.

Course Tuition is in English
Cost 650€ per person Camping (Own Tent)
Cost 750€ per person Camping (Sharing our Tents)
200€ deposit secures your place (None returnable)
