Just to clarify, when I sold real estate, any ad that didn't include price and size, was rejected by our broker. Those with money to spend, tend to search in their price range. When I was shopping for land, I often conducted searches based on acreage. Including vital information is vital to finding qualified buyers.

Those without money to spend, are often happy to look at anything. We found that some ads attracted droves of the wrong customers.
