I recently moved to Calhoun County, West Virginia and love it, I am determined to buy my farmstead here. There are tons of properties for sale up here. As long as I am looking anyway I thought Id pass on likely listings to my fellow permies. It makes sense to make it easy for fellow Permies to relocate here.
This listing is pretty borderline, I have been in that section of town, its very close to the river. If it were me, Id build a house to be well above historical surges in the river. But this is a little town that could use everything. An herbalist, a nursery outlet boarding house>? There are only 2 fast food places in town, maybe a restaurant? Anyway heres a listing for your consideration. If you love Fishing, the Kanawah River is 100 feet away.
