pretty much an Archimedes screw, yes?

I've seen these combined with both under- and overshot waterwheels.  none of them struck me as particularly, um, graceful, but they are apparently effective.  a neat contraption.

Similar to and Archimedes screw and different.  The spiral pump creates compressed air pockets and does not require mechanical lifting to the height of the output.  The ancients did not have airtight poly pipe.

There may be lots of ways to build a diaphragm pump here is the simplest I have seen so far.

Hey.....I am going to buy a new compressor. Thinking of buying this spiral compressor. Can you please provide some more information about this compressor ? Looking forward for your reply.
