18 mobile homes available in Victoria on Vancouver Island. $500 to $1000 each.

I just got word, that my brother's company will soon need to dispose of some mobile homes. Single wide $500. Double wide $1000.

Mobiles are seldom a good investment, but for someone who is building, they can be a temporary home. Later it could be sold or turned into a workshop or animal shelter.

Figure about $1000 to transport and a bit more to set up on site.

My friend runs the Shakespeare festival. I'd like to plant a double wide on their barge. Tents have not done well at the windy location.

We a currently looking into land on the island an could have use for one that was in decent shape for temp storage/ shelter.
