How do you promote a successful Kickstarter campaign?

I recently put together a Kickstarter campaign to try and raise funds to build a new barn for my chickens and a new incubator on our farm. Now what? I know that there are tons of campaigns out there that take off, but how do I get mine to the right audience?

I'd recommend doing a forum search for Kickstarter threads on here. There's even one about making a successful kickstarter.
