Anybody know what plant this is? It grows in my herb beds in zone 7, in the ozark foot hills of North Central Arkansas.

DJ- It looks alot like pellitory, a relative of nettle. I'm unfamiliar with your area, so it could be something else, but I'm 85% sure it's pellitory.
