lookin for farm girl

I need someone to make chutney with me, and have the enthusiasm to drive my enthusiasm and enjoy the bounty that comes from it.

Fermented chutney? Mine always goes moldy. Do you eat chutney with meat? I can't really imagine chutney going well with anything besides meat, except perhaps cheese?

o I wish I had the knowledge to ferment so I could get to know that flavor as my winter staple.  Chutney is only my first step to so many potential paths that i believe it will take me, like chubby rabbit? ha!
