Experienced Farmer Looking for Work Near Asheville, NC

I am moving to this area in February/March and looking to settle down and find a farm to develop perennial work with. In January I will be making a pre-move visit as well. I have five years of farming experience with a wide variety of organic farms and on my own have experimented with various permaculture techniques in personal gardens, including a market garden I have been running in Florida for the past year and a half. I have experience doing tractor, fruit tree and greenhouse work along with possessing all the usual field hand skills. Right now I am specifically looking for employment or profit sharing possibilities, but would also be interested in meeting people who would like to collaborate resources and brain/muscle power on a market garden and/or orchard project together-- I will hopefully find some land to rent that I can develop.
