Would you be able to post some pictures of your place?  I think that might help attract other people's interest.

If you have not it yet, it may be worth posting your interest in making a new community to the Fellowship of Intentional Community website.

And what type of situations/arrangements are you thinking about for people who want to join and share the land with you?
