New permie and first time poster here. I washing wondering if anyone has heard anything (or has any thoughts) about building chinampas in saltwater (or brackish water). I found something small online about using them to restore wetlands and something else about saltwater farming, but nothing combining the ideas. Has anyone tried this before?
Thanks!

For salt/brackish water it would have to be aquaponics, with shellfish, lobsters, crabs. I have never looked it up but maybe seaweed in shallow water.
Iterations are fine, we don't have to be perfect
