Kolb Homestead is seeking an experienced farm family / couple to live on and run a 58 acre farm near Princeton, Indiana. Implement small scale integrated livestock, poultry, vegetable and orchard operation. Set up and run a CSA. Tractor, construction, maintenance & repair skills required. Job Description:
Maintain the farm and its structures
Implement rotational grazing program for livestock
Enhance infrastructure, build soil and improve pastures utilizing permaculture principles
Execute CSA vegetable program - Establish, sell shares, supply produce
Engage Community
Manage and Educate Interns / labor
Install and care for orchard
