How to buy bulk organic fertilizer?

I'm trying to buy feathermeal, soft rock phosphate, agricultural gypsum, kelp meal, and various other products in 50 pound sacks. I'm not having much luck locally (Denver, CO) and shipping more then a thousand pounds of stuff is going to be steep. Any ideas?

Our Local Agway store carries 25 and 50 pound bags of this stuff. Is it possible to order it through a local store so you don't have to pay shipping?

You should have a source semi locally. Maybe a couple places to get everything. But it is ridiculously hard to track them down.

My best luck was starting at the national supplier and calling them for the local dealer list. Some companies like fertrell were not hard, but more generic things like bone/feather/blood meal were really tough. Once I got a couple dealer lists, I called the ones that were on multiple lists and asked them for my whole list. It was a lot of legwork.

Also compare prices of individual bags vs. Full pallets, and bulk tote bags if you can handle them. Sometimes it is worth stocking up.

This is my favorite show. And this is my favorite tiny ad:
