My apples and grapes have gotten scab really badly the last 2 years so I'm going to spray with Neem and a sulfur fungicide but am not sure when to start spraying and what the schedule should be. Any insight is appreciated.

Rather the using a set schedule, fungicides for scab are best applied when the weather forecast indicates periods of wetness.
