Soil Testing Labs in Central America, Africa?

Hi Folks,

Have any of you permies working in Central America, South America, or Africa (especially eastern Africa), used any soil testing labs in those places?

I am specifically looking for a place that can do basic soil tests, including (most importantly) Soil Organic Matter by percentage. (aka Soil Carbon, Soil Organic Carbon. Specifically I'd like a dry weight combustion test)

Any recommendations?

You should be able to find a soil carbon test. (all carbon is organic, so there isn't a test called soil organic carbon).
