Hillside forest buckwheat patch

Here is one of my buckwheat patches, growing in the woods on a hillside, the beginning of a forest terrace.

And here is sorghum growing in a gravel road that I am converting into a field, it is eventually going to be no till. I have gotten about 100 loads of ramial chips dropped of this summer and this fall I will be tilling some in and then covering it with a 6 inch layer.
