Housing opportunity in Longview, WA

I have an opening for a reliable renter/collaborator in a "high end" house on acreage in Longview.  The house is very liveable and comfortable, but parts of it and the grounds can use some upkeep.  There are quite a few opportunities for work trade on rent, some personal gardening space, and possible business opportunities on site.
