Does anybody have experience with online horticultural degrees of a permie or at least alternative flavor? I'm looking for a course that would be interesting and informative to take, but would still give me a recognized degree. It would help if it was affordable.
Grow a truckload of vegetables. Take them to the farmer's market and arrange them in huge piles on a table. Spread your arms wide and say, "Here is my portfolio and my credentials." In my world view, that's the best horticultural degree that anyone could ever hope to acquire.
