I am a part of a group in Amenia, New York with access to 180 acres and we need help becoming a legitimate community.  Right now we're just a bunch of ametures with only 3-4 years living together without structure or any significant income. I wanted to open this thread for document shareing and business ideas that can keep permaculture communities afloat. Im interested in hearing about how communities organize and keep the peace with agreements of conflict resolution. I appreciate any help people can give!
