www.helpx.net is a worldwide network of volunteering opportunities that only requires one membership fee. I've taken volunteers for the last 4 years in my beautiful garden in Bulgaria and most of them come through this website.
Its easy to use for hosts and volunteers.

Thumbs up for Helpx.  We host here too and it's been great fun.
