It was October 2017, and I was frustrated with ABC acres agri-tourism offerings being undervalued in the eyes of current online booking platforms.  At the same time, I saw fellow ag operators working long days with little to show for their Herculean efforts.  I thought to myself there had to be a better way… a way to keep doing what we love, which is hands in the dirt, while supporting a new model of income.  A model that directly ties into the wave of people seeking out farms, wishing for a closer connection to nature & their food, and all the while improving their health & wellbeing as a result.  It was then and there that Yonder was born.

Yonder is a travel booking site that connects people to life-enriching experiences in nature. Yonder is dedicated to and edited for agritourism and eco-tourism experiences. Our host community offers a range of overnight stays and activities across four initial nature-immersion categories: Farm, Ranch, Vineyard, and Escape. We fully launch in January 2020.  If you are interested in signing up to be a Yonder Host, you can do so here.  Hosts can list activities and/or overnight stays separately- and as our mission is to connect people to nature I am keen to connect with my fellow permaculture community. Through a 'yet to be seen' initiative on any other travel booking site, we are showcasing and rewarding hosts that are ecological land stewards... the foundation for any Permaculturist property.

Take the time to check out our site, and let me know how I can assist showcasing your unique property while creating another income thread towards profitability.

Thanks,
