I have a midsized lot in a rural development. Then next door neighbor is very nosy and has a trashy yard. I am wanting to plant a line of fast growing trees or shrubs to act as a blind. The area gets sun most of the day. Even with something that grows tall such as trees will not be an issue as far as limiting sun to other areas as most of my gardening of plants that like full sun is primarily used on the far end of lot.  I want something that will grows rapidly and is dense enough to block their view. I live in the Piedmont area of South Carolina so it has to tolerate heat and humidity. Thanks.

Leyland cypress.  Available at most garden departments.  They come in 1 gallon sizes, but if you want to get rid of the neighbor quicker, get a larger size and water it regularly.
