I am seeking farm manager(also as a partner), who love
permaculture and organic farming, are entrepreneurial thinkers, business minded and driven.I intend to use a company to run the farm business, so everyone gets reasonable paid by work. The farm maneger share the
profit by contribution, and can get the shares in the future.
