60 acres oregon farm seeking farm manager(also as a partner)

I and my wife(both 31) bought a 60 acres farm in Oregon(5 miles from salem, use for organic pastures, http://oregonfarmlink.org/land-listing/for-partnership-60-acres-in-marion-county-5-miles-away-to-salem/). I want to set up an permaculture farm(establishment of productive vegetable and fruit gardens and orchard areas, establish a profitable CSA/working relationship with local chefs).

I am seeking farm manager(also as a partner), who love permaculture and organic farming, are entrepreneurial thinkers, business minded and driven.I intend to use a company to run the farm business, so everyone gets reasonable paid by work. The farm maneger share the profit by contribution, and can get the shares in the future.
