So since I live in a bog and have a huge numbers of slugs and snails, and they don't taste too bad I thought I would give in farm some for personal consumption. Do any of you know which would be the best choice?
I have;

Cornu aspersum (helix aspersa) Which seems to be the one that is normally farmed
Helix pomatia The gourmets snail
Cepaea nemoralis and Cepaea hortensis Smaller, they look more like the ones the Portuguese eat

All of these live on my land already, helix pomatia is by far the rarest of the three.
