best big Amaranth for popping?

So I've often thought about growing Amaranth but my daughter recently told me she'd like to grow it - apparently a classmate brought some popped/parched amaranth to school and she loved it. So, it's gonna get tried out this year.

In my research I'm seeing there's not a particular variety for popping but is there a variety with the largest seeds? Every time I google I get comparisons of the seed head size which is great but is there one with the biggest seeds? Or should I just choose one and start selecting for size?
