better wood heat kickstarter support

I thought I supported the kickstarter and sent an email to "permies support" and got an answer to ask here so I'm asking and If I did how to get my stuff. I read Paul's answer to someone else to (logged in) click on "my stuff" and I only have a link to the hugleculture. Guess I don't remember what I supported. help

I did a quick search for your name on all my stuff and see you supported my rocket mass heater kickstarter in 2015.  Is that what you are asking about?  

This thread is about the 2017 kickstarter about the video of the PDC and ATC.  Your name didn't pop up for that, but maybe I need to dig a little deeper.

yes the rocket mass heater is what I was talking about.

I moved your query to a whole new thread, cuz the other thread was for a totally different product and that might confuse people looking there for support of that product.

I found out that you supported the kickstarter for the download version of the single DVD "Building a Cob Style Rocket Mass Heater."  

First, we sent you about a dozen emails - did you not get those emails?  

Next, we paid a service to distribute the download version and they went out of business about a year ago.  So we tried to work the parts of that business that we used into our forum software.  I am attempting to give you access to the download on our system.  Please let me know if you got it okay.
