is anyone here following an Ayurvedic way of eating recommended for body type?

I've been aware of the Ayurvedic way of eating and it's holistic, individualized approach for years.  
Just this year, though, I've taken the time to understand my body type and follow the recommended foods.
It's been wonderful I had already stopped eating wheat and sugar...my frequent downfalls and found that other foods that I should avoid for my body type were ones that I had already noticed had unpleasant side effects for me...oats, egg yolks, red meat, dairy and a few others.

More vegetables! and apples! things I love...lots of herbs and spices!

Here's a list of foods to favor and those to avoid for kapha dosha, which is my body type...



I'm interested if anyone here follows this way of eating for their body type?
