earthbag builder based in the philippines

Hello everybody a pleasant good day,

somebody can direct me to an earthbag builder now in the philippines ? i have read  a topic in which i have seen a certain Mark Vernon who is doing this system for charity..anybody know where i can trace him? i am in great need of help for a group of friend for their earthbag resort project..somebody is interested to participate and to be a part of this project voluntarily? I  am hoping for your kind response friends. Thank you and more power to the group
