Need advice and product suggestions on how to repair our ferro-cement potable water tank here in Ketchikan, Alaska.

Any advice on products and the process would be greatly appreciated!

It might help if you were to describe the damage and include a picture

My opinions are barely worth the paper they are written on here, but hopefully they can spark some new ideas, or at least a different train of thought
