Ok, this is probably the wrong forum to put this in... and it's not permaculture but...

I just stumbled across information regarding the Outpost Natural Foods Co-op today. They've got some really nice systems going on, a lot of thought behind them and... it works!

Greenhouses (I know, I know), containing plants which are fertilized by fish waste.  All in an urban farm. Few worms and other critters in there too.

Guess I'm curious.. what do people see that could be changed to make it more sustainable?
