Hi fellow homesteaders!

I've browsed the forums many times but have not posted here before.

We are blessed to live in Southwest Michigan right in the heart of blueberry country! Blueberry farms as far as the eye can see here. With that being said, we enjoy hundreds of lbs of blueberries ourselves each year.
I'm always in search of a new way to produce something for us with blueberries, and have come across an amazing wine in the process! We have enjoyed this wine very much over the years and I decided we should
share with fellow homesteaders! It's a 4 part series where I try to cover in-depth the entire process of winemaking, so it does run a little long. But if you are interested in making your own wine we would love for you to
check out our series and I hope it can help you make an amazing wine yourself for years to come!

Enjoy!
Collin

You did a good job on this video, thank you.

My Hunny does our wine making. No recipe. But it always turns out well. Too scary for me, I just stay out of his way and keep my mouth shut! It’s not like I don’t have enough to do already!

He did an awesome huckleberry meade! But during fermentation, the skins kept trying to block the bubbler. He had to remove the skins several times. I’m thinking blueberry skins may do the same thing. Did you do anything to deal with this problem?

I am looking forward to watching Part 2!
