Hi everyone I am new here and writing because I figured you guys would understand these plants the most.  I had a horrific experience with short term birth control pill use and it caused me mental agony such as deep weepy depression and anxiety/fear.  My hormones are most likely out of whack (I am estrogen dominant) and it is causing me lack of serotonin (i am dopamine dominant).  I was hoping that you might have experience with these herbs potentially bringing you out of darkness. So I would need hormone balance and brain chemical balance.  Saffron sounds mighty interesting in treating depression.
