Beginner gardeners—learn to grow a garden organically!
 Thursday, Aug. 18; 6-8 p.m.
 Good Shepherd Center; 4649 Sunnyside Ave. N., Room 107, Seattle, WA 98103
This is Seattle Tilth’s introductory class about growing food organically. If you’re just starting out, come learn the basic principles and techniques of organic gardening. We’ll learn about the soil, plants, living organisms and growing food. Participants will gain a clear understanding of what constitutes an organic garden and what tools we have at our fingertips to enjoy growing food, flowers and herbs successfully and abundantly while supporting a healthy ecosystem. This class will be an indoor, show-and-tell style lecture.
COST: $36 or $25 for Seattle Tilth members. Advance registration and payment are required.
