Cedar Hills, OR: between Portland and Beaverton.  Gardened sustainably for 14 years: Compost tea, mulched.  Very diverse mature fruit trees including exotics, 5 raised beds and very large compost bins.  2 bedrooms plus one that could be converted. 1full bath, + 1 half bath. Great access to MAX and buses. 6 minutes drive to downtown. Bike to Beaverton or Portland. Great quiet neighborhood great schools.  Plant list available.  Email me or call for more info.

When I used to sell real estate the office paid for quite a bit of advertising on each listing but if the agent placed an ad and failed to include the price all costs were subtracted from his commission on other properties. The reason for this rule is because properties advertised without the inclusion of a price seldom sell and the calls generated from such ads are usually from unqualified buyers. The same goes for car ads or anything else you're trying to sell.
