Wolf Urine maybe practical for your deer issue. A little goes a long way so one may wish to only order a very small amount. If you have dogs it may not be the best option. If cost of electric fence and size is a matter, Geoff Lawton has a great video about using a single strand fence that seems to be working quite well for many I will post the link below.
Good luck,
Larry

Maria, I have tried various types of fishing line for various types of fences and barriers.

Each of them resulted in frustration for me, as I found myself more deterred than any wildlife, dangerous that I found myself to be running at time walking into it. When one reaches by reflex for a bumped stretched fishing line this can result in minor sometimes painful cuts.

If repelling deer and other wild critters is your intent than a method Geoff Lawton made a two minute video about might be worth your time if practical. I will post the link below. If finding parts is a matter of need, Bartering with old farmers and fence post friends is ideal. The method in the video is memorable, and non lethal learning experience for most any wild animal. good luck. Larry

Liv, it has been my experience for various dogs I have lived with that for a small dog like a terrier...,  A supplement of 1 organic chicken egg a week cooked over easy in a teaspoon or so of organic raw cold pressed coconut oil, then allowed to cool, chopped up into small pieces enhances the diet, and helps cognitive function. started out with twice a week, but once a week has been good.  She eats her other foods as normal, drinks water, and likes small pieces of two or three organic sugar snap peas and a couple of thinly sliced carrot pieces as well as treats after meals. We try not to make her diet too rich is why the limit of egg to once a week, twice if I forget.

good luck and happy pup

I am being lazy because I posted this as a response to Lusia Kims forum, WHAT ARE YOUR FAVORITE KITCHEN GADGETS FOR UNder $30? https://permies.com/t/210696/permaculture-home-care-cleaning/purity/favorite-kitchen-gadgets

Thank you Lusia Kim for reminding me of how fun that free can be.
My "Favorite Kitchen gadget for under a $30?"...
Hands down favorite, most versatile, used to fix so many broke its, rolled under the fridge, under the counter, fell in the drain cant get it outs, have to get in the bottle to clean it outs, need a dowel in a pinch, birdhouse needs a perch, have to reach into the fish pond for algae, or didn't remember to bring silverware with the lunch box, hold my long hair in a bun MAN BUN style when I had long hair LOL , need to cheat to start a fire with a cordless power drill because I'm to lazy to use a bow drill, and they are usually FREE?!???

Well that's an easy one, I LOVE LOVE LOVE my free chopsticks that come with my delivery of Asian dinners. I have used chopsticks for all of the above mentioned things and so much more.

Curious question to you and anyone else reading this, what do you use your extra chopsticks for?

I would possibly refer you to your local CSIRO and if you may know a local Elder of the Native tribe culture who may have the stories of the worms (If I ever get the oppurtunity and the means I would love to hear the stories myself, I think I would rather enjoy that experience). Bill Mollison provides an address to contact for information in the Melbourne area in his video about Housing but I believe they may have moved from 314 Albert Street in Melbournebut has moved to  Clayton  I will have to do a bit of searching ... found it  CISRO  or The Commonwealth Scientific and Industrial Research Organisation (CSIRO) the Highett site in Melbourne has moved to Clayton...
here is the website link--> https://www.csiro.au/en/about/locations/state-locations/VIC/Clayton

This additional article is not the exact response I wanted to provide, but may also be useful as it is informative about some types of worms you mentioned and includes much reference material on worms that may help while contacting the CISRO

Hope this information is helpful for you.

Thank you for sharing this. My family is trying to buy only perennial plants, and your site will help us do that. Might you happen to have access to any northern variety of cold hardy Avacado tree starts? I have shared the site information with my family to check out the plants that are currently listed.
Thanks again,
Larry
@ Jay Angler, sorry for the late reply, have been busy getting ready for the cold here in Kansas. I would say in my opinion that the Pumpkin fries are probably just as good in their own right compared with Yam fries or sweet potato fries, They taste like pumpkin to me. I prefer to pre-boil the pumpkin a until just fork tender, drying them with a paper towel and then frying them. yummy :)

The healthiest alternative pumpkin recipe I have created that calls for
preheat oven to 300 degrees Fahrenheit
Toss 1 small to medium pumpkin (seeds removed), peeled, sliced into  1/2 inch cubes or 1 inch wide by 6 inch long wedges, best guess approximately 2 to 4 cups.
into a 2 quart sauce pan with just enough water to almost cover the pumpkin.

Bring the water and pumpkin mixture to a boil over a medium-low heat  approximately 15 - 30 minutes, or until the wedges are just fork tender,
remove the wedges from the water and pat them dry with paper towels.

Layer the wedges onto a baking liner lined large cooky sheet,  single layer only
Drizzle with just enough olive oil that will lightly coat all sides of the pumpkin wedges, seasoning them as you wish.
(I prefer to sprinkle with a light shake of everything bagel seasoning and a scant dash of sea salt.)

Place the cooky sheet into the oven and bake them, setting the timer for about 15 minutes at a time, turning the wedges  over once between turns until the wedges have gotten a light crispiness to them.
serve with a glass of cool tea or as a side to you favorite sandwich.

please note... if you do not like to bake, you may consider frying them in a large skillet with 1/4 cup or 1/2 cup water  with a lid over a medium low heat.
a preferred dipping sauce with this for my meal is typically ranch or honey-mustard.

Be safe in the kitchen, and Enjoy.
Much love,
Larry

Much love and a suggestion ... cut a circular sawblade into a crescent shape, and weld it to the back of a regular garden store variety hoe. weld it either vertically or horizontally or at an angle. Boom... there ya go. just dont run with it.
