Hi Ed - I'll ping you with a text message sometime today. Thank you for the post, I'm looking to make a move in November, once my apartment lease ends in Dallas TX.

Greetings

I have a friend who is currently in CO with his dog, truck + trailer.. I am in Dallas travelling around frequently, shopping around for land.
Your story is amazing, I'd like to talk to you further about planning a visit and seeing how I could help out.

dustin - thanks for the suggestion:

There are 7-8 different main tracts of land - all in Eastland County - mostly flat terrain - old orchards, creeks, a few water wells, some sub irrigated land, old hay pastures, cattle pastures, lots of land with wild hogs, will be getting soil tests soon and can share results.  The main piece (where I spent some time growing up) has a 2,200 SF home with recently renovated siding, storm windows, porches, bathrooms w/ walk in shower, utility room that allows access to restrooms / clean up after working in the corrals

large oaks trees and pecan trees throughout lots of the main property - former pecan orchard that needs some tlc

all fields are currently planted with 'tifton 85 hay' but have produced a variety of crops in the past: peanuts, pecans, potatoes, watermelons.

Greetings - I am representing a family that is selling +/- 1800 Acres in Eastland County, Tx.

The primary focus is on a 659 Acre tract that will probably be sold to a hunter.

There are several other tracts that could be separated and sold for a smaller permaculture operation.

Hi Victoria - I am living in Dallas Texas currently thinking about purchasing some property from my family in Eastland County, moving to Chile when the time is right, and also visiting Hawaii.

Would love to get to know you.  nicholas.u@att.net

Hi there - I am looking for new opportunities, right now I'm in Dallas doing real estate...

I am not very experienced in permaculture but I would love to discuss a rent for work scenario.
Presence, Discipline, Flow, and Respect is what I can promise I will bring
