Almost off grid

SWM 50, I am not rich in money but have a wealthy soul... I live in an 800 ft old house. With wood heat. I have power though.  I don't drink or use any thing other than some caffeine. .. I don't smoke weed but am tolerant of moderate use. I believe in traditional values and gender rolls. I am quite honest. I have 3 grown sons. And  clean criminal records. I have a black belt in Sanju Rue jiu jitsu.I  enjoy the outdoors.  And am getting ready to find a piece of land and build a home offgrid. Let me know if you want to get to know each other.my hard limits are with drinking and adiction.  So please keep that in mind.

Hello there.
Am in the same situation. Am 49 and looking to find a partner to build off grid with.  I have the financial resources, am not high maintenance, am grounded, handy, mechanically inclined, creative, self sufficient, love nature and being outdoors, positive outlook, no family (other than siblings and their children scattered across the US and, at the moment, two children of the four legged variety).  Currently in RI looking to relocate to upper Midwest or wherever a prospective partner and I may deem most ideal.
